Luxury Resin Perfume Caps – the New PI Series with a Concave Profile

The cap is the first thing a customer touches when they pick up a perfume. That is why in the new PI series we have combined two elements that instantly signal luxury: polyester resin with a marble pattern and a sculptural shape – a slightly domed top and concave sides. The series includes 20 designs with codes from PI 0001 to PI 0020.

The shape: domed top and concave sides

Most perfume caps are cylindrical or rectangular. The PI cap is narrower in the middle and wider at the top and bottom – a profile reminiscent of an elegant spinning top. This silhouette also has a practical side: fingers naturally find their place in the curve, and the cap comes off more easily. The top is gently rounded (bombé) and catches the light beautifully.

Why marble-effect resin

Polyester resin allows the pattern to run through the body of the material instead of being printed on the surface. The veins have depth, and after polishing the cap takes on a mirror-like gloss. Resin also gives a pleasant weight in the hand – a feeling customers associate with a high-end fragrance. Each cap has a slightly different vein pattern, so every bottle gets its own character.

• Dark and dramatic – PI 0001, PI 0005, PI 0014, PI 0015: for evening, oriental and oud fragrances.
• Light and clean – PI 0003, PI 0013, PI 0019, PI 0020: for floral, powdery and fresh compositions.
• Jewel tones – PI 0006 (emerald), PI 0008 (burgundy), PI 0010 (navy blue), PI 0016 (amethyst), PI 0017 (turquoise): for brands that want a bold identity.
• Warm tones – PI 0004 (caramel), PI 0009 (rose quartz), PI 0012 (amber): for gourmand, sweet and amber fragrances.

Size, insert and logo

As a manufacturer, we make PI series caps to order. The size and the inner insert are matched to the bottle neck and the pump height, so it is best to send us a bottle or the exact dimensions. Your brand logo can be placed on the top. Before series production, we prepare a sample for approval.
