When a brand wants only the letters of its logo to show on the product – with no plate or background – we use separate metal letters with prongs, ideal as metal script logo letters for caps and bags. So that they can be set quickly and precisely, the letters are delivered joined on a mounting frame: two side rails to which each letter is held by thin teeth.
How it is applied
- The frame with the letters is positioned on the product – the spacing between the letters is already exact.
- The prongs on the back of each letter are pushed through the material and bent over on the inside.
- The teeth are broken off and the frame is pulled away to the left and right.
- Only the lettering stays on the product – clean, three-dimensional and firmly attached.
The mounting frame is pulled – one side to the left, the other to the right – and snapped off, leaving only the lettering on the material. Suitable for clothing, bags, leather, and thicker fabrics.
