How ordering works

  1. Enquiry. Send us the product, quantity, size, colour and whether you want a logo. You can collect several products in the quote list and send them in a single enquiry.
  2. Quote. You receive a quote with price, minimum quantity and lead time tailored to your order.
  3. Sample and approval. Before series production you approve a sample or proof, so you can be sure of the colour, size and logo.
  4. Production. After approval, production usually takes 10–20 days.
  5. Delivery. We ship the order to your address anywhere in Europe.

Minimum quantities

The minimum quantity is usually 1,000 pcs per model. For some models, especially buttons, the minimum quantity is higher – you will see the exact figure in the quote. Stock models from our online shop can be ordered online in the quantities shown on the product page.

Samples

The type of sample depends on the product – a ready-made model, a sample in your colour or a proof with your logo. A sample costs between €50 and €100, depending on the product. You approve the sample before series production starts.

Production lead times

Production usually takes between 10 and 20 days. The lead time depends on the product, the quantity and the type of customisation. We confirm the exact lead time in the quote.

Logo files

We accept logo files in any format. For the best result in engraving, embossing, printing or weaving, we recommend a PDF in vector format.
