Bag handles are the first thing your customer touches – and often the most memorable detail of your design. At Polkom, we manufacture luxury polyester bag handles by hand-casting, allowing us to create them in any size, shape, colour or pattern to match your collection perfectly.
Hand-cast in a mould
Each handle is hand-cast from polyester resin in a mould made to your specific shape and size. Pigments are mixed during casting to achieve the desired pattern – marble, horn, tortoiseshell, stone or solid colours. After curing, the handle is sanded and polished to a smooth, pleasant surface – glossy or matte as you prefer.
Thanks to the hand-made process, every handle has its own unique pattern – a detail that gives your bag a true luxury look.
Suitable for all types of bags
- Beach bags – made of transparent PVC, fabric, raffia or knit;
- Sports bags and everyday bags;
- Women's tote and shopping bags;
- Small handbags and accessories.
Polyester is lightweight, does not rust, and withstands water and sunlight – making it ideal for summer and beach bags.
Any shape, size and colour
- Shapes: half-round (D), round, oval, rectangular, or your own design;
- Sizes: made to fit your bag model;
- Colours: any Pantone shade or sample match;
- Colour combinations: two or more colours in one handle – for example, black and white with a marble effect.
The handle is attached to the bag with a leather or fabric loop, as shown in the photos. For tape handles, see our article on herringbone tape bag handles.
Logo and branding
The handle can feature your brand logo – embossed or engraved. This makes your bag recognisable even without a label.
