Clothing labels: the face of your brand

Clothing labels are the first thing a buyer looks for when picking up a garment. They show the brand, size, composition and care instructions, and a well-made label immediately signals a level of quality. Types of labels we offer

Woven labels

Woven labels are made on jacquard looms, with the logo and text woven in coloured threads. They are the most durable solution for a main brand label: they do not fade or rub off and survive hundreds of washes. They suit mid-range and premium clothing.

Printed labels

Printed labels are printed on satin, polyester or cotton tape. They allow fine text, gradients and more information in a small area and are cost-effective for large runs.

Care and composition labels

Care labels state the fibre composition in percentages, care symbols and origin. They are mandatory for textile products sold in the EU and are sewn into the inside seam of the garment.

Textile labels

Textile labels cover soft tape labels for the brand, size or additional information. They are chosen according to the fabric and wearer comfort.

Leather labels

Leather labels in genuine or eco leather with an embossed logo are a classic on jeans, jackets, bags and hats.

Hang tags

Hang tags (swing tags) hang from the item and carry the brand, price, barcode or QR code. They can be laminated, embossed, gold foiled or have a kraft look.

Materials, sizes and finishing

The choice of material depends on the type of item and where the label will sit. For labels that touch the skin we recommend soft satin or finely woven damask. For jeans and workwear, leather and dense woven tapes are more suitable. The size is determined by the amount of information and the design, from small size labels to wide brand labels for outerwear.

• Materials: polyester damask, satin, taffeta, cotton tape, genuine and eco leather, card and kraft paper.
• Folds: straight cut, centre fold, end fold, mitre fold.
• Edges: ultrasonic or heat cut, so they do not fray.
• Hang tag finishes: lamination, UV varnish, foil stamping, embossing, perforation and strings.
• Attachment: sewn in, heat applied or hung with a string.
