A hang tag, also called a swing tag, is the small card that hangs from the item in the shop. Hang tags show the brand, price, size, article number and barcode, and often a short message or a QR code linking to your online shop. Finishing

Finishing turns ordinary board into a recognisable brand element. You can combine several techniques on one tag.

• Matte or gloss lamination, as well as soft-touch laminate with a velvety feel.
• Spot UV varnish to highlight the logo.
• Hot foil stamping in gold, silver or coloured foil.
• Embossing or debossing.
• Die cutting into custom shapes, rounded corners and holes with a metal eyelet.

Formats and attachment

Hang tags can be rectangular, square, long and narrow, or a custom shape. Folded booklet-style tags are also possible, holding more information such as your brand story, care instructions or a note on materials. They are attached with a cotton or waxed string, an elastic loop, a plastic tag pin or a decorative chain. Strings can be in your brand colour.

You send us your logo and design, and we prepare a sample. If the design is not ready yet, we will suggest a suitable format and material. Hang tags pair well with woven labels inside the garment and leather labels on jeans and bags, keeping your brand look consistent.
