Панделки с лого – брандирани ленти за марки и опаковки

Ribbons with logo are textile ribbons on which the brand's name or mark is printed, foil-stamped or woven into the fabric. They are used for product packaging, gift boxes, bags, clothing labelling and events. Satin or grosgrain ribbon is most often chosen as the base, and the application method depends on the design, quantity and desired effect.

Why brands use ribbons with logo

A branded ribbon is one of the most affordable ways to make packaging look like "a gift from the brand". It is seen immediately, stays with the customer after unboxing and is often reused – for hair, for another gift, as a bookmark. The ribbon visually links different products from the same line: a jewellery box, a garment bag and a thank-you card.

  • boutiques and fashion brands – bags, boxes, hangers;
  • cosmetics and perfumery – gift sets;
  • patisseries and chocolatiers – boxes and bottles;
  • wineries – bottle necks;
  • hotels, events and weddings – decoration and guest gifts;
  • corporate gifts – Christmas and anniversary sets.

Methods for making ribbons with logo

Hot foil stamping

The logo is transferred with a heated die and metallic foil – gold, silver, rose gold, matt or gloss. The effect is luxurious, especially on satin in dark tones. It is suitable for simple logos and text, without fine gradients.

Screen printing and flexo printing

The ink is applied through a screen or a printing plate. Suitable for one or a few solid colours. It gives a matt, clear print and is convenient for larger quantities.

Thermal transfer and digital printing

Allows many colours, thin lines and even photographic images. Convenient for short runs and for ribbons with variable content, such as names or dates for events.

Sublimation

The dye penetrates the polyester fibres and does not form a layer on top. The ribbon stays soft and the print is durable. It works best on white and light polyester ribbons.

Weaving (jacquard)

The logo is woven into the ribbon. This is the most durable and most premium option, suitable for long-term uses – bag handles, ribbons in clothing. It requires more preparation and a higher minimum quantity.

Comparison of methods

Method Effect Detail and colours Suitable for
Foil metallic shine 1 colour, simple design luxury packaging
Screen printing matt, solid 1–3 colours series packaging
Thermal transfer / digital smooth many colours, fine detail small runs, events
Sublimation soft, no layer many colours, light background polyester ribbons
Jacquard textured, woven in limited colours long-lasting branding

Which ribbon to choose as the base

  • Satin ribbon – gloss, softness and the classic look of a gift bow. Foil looks particularly good on it. See satin ribbon.
  • Grosgrain – matt, ribbed and stable; the print stays crisp and the ribbon holds the shape of the bow. See grosgrain ribbon.
  • Organza – light and sheer; the print is delicate and it is used mainly for decoration.
  • Cotton or linen ribbon – a natural, "kraft" look for eco brands.

Delivery format: reel or ready-made bows

Ribbons with logo can be delivered in several ways, and the choice directly affects work in the shop or warehouse. Ribbon on a reel is the most flexible option – staff cut exactly as much as is needed for each package, and the rest is easy to store. Pre-cut pieces of equal length save time when packing a large number of identical boxes, and their ends can be sealed against fraying or cut at an angle. Ready-tied bows, often with adhesive tape on the back, are the fastest to apply – they stick onto the box in seconds, which is handy during seasonal peaks such as Christmas and Valentine's Day.

Think about storage too: satin ribbons with foil are stored rolled up and away from direct sunlight to preserve their shine and colour. Reels are best packed individually so they do not get dusty or crushed.

What to prepare before ordering

  1. The logo in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) and the colours in Pantone.
  2. Type, width and colour of the ribbon; for packaging, 10–25 mm is most common.
  3. Application method and layout – a single mark or a continuous repeat, and the spacing between repeats.
  4. Delivery format – on a reel, cut pieces or ready-tied bows.
  5. Approximate quantity and when you need it.

The price of ribbons with logo depends on the type of ribbon, width, method and number of colours, design complexity and quantity. Send us this information and you will receive a specific quote.

Mistakes with branded ribbons

  • Text too fine for a narrow ribbon – the letters merge, especially with foil.
  • Dark ink on a dark ribbon without checking the contrast on a sample.
  • A repeat that hides the logo in the knot when the bow is tied.
  • Ordering without a trial bow on the actual packaging.
  • Choosing the ribbon colour from a catalogue only, without comparing it with the colour of the box or bag in daylight.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which ribbon printing method is the most durable?
The most durable are woven (jacquard) ribbons, where the logo is woven into the threads. Of the printing methods, sublimation on polyester is very durable because the dye penetrates the fibre. Foil and screen printing are suitable for packaging, but with frequent use and washing they wear faster than a woven motif.
Can a full-colour logo be printed on a ribbon?
Yes. Full-colour logos with gradients are printed using digital or thermal transfer printing, or sublimation. These reproduce fine details and many colours. Screen printing and foil are suitable for solid colours and simple shapes. If the logo is complex, it is sometimes worth preparing a simplified version specifically for a narrow ribbon.
What width of ribbon with logo should I use for packaging?
For boxes, bags and bottles, ribbons between 10 and 25 mm are most common. Narrow ribbons look more delicate but allow only short text. Wider ones – around 25–40 mm – leave room for a larger logo and suit large boxes and gift sets. Try a sample on the actual packaging.
