Eyelets Manufacturer – Brass Eyelets and Grommets with Your Logo

Round and oval brass eyelets and grommets from 6.1 to 63 mm for clothing, footwear, bags, belts and tarpaulins – produced by Polkom with exact dimensions, nickel-free finishes and your logo on request.

Polkom is an eyelets manufacturer serving garment factories, footwear and bag makers, belt producers and technical textile companies across Europe. For more than 30 years we have produced metal accessories for fashion, footwear and furniture, and eyelets are one of our core products: from 6.1 mm eyelets for fine laces to 60–63 mm grommets for truck tarpaulins, awnings, curtains and yacht covers.

We are based in Sofia, Bulgaria, in the European Union. You order directly from the manufacturer, in wholesale volumes, with technical support from people who know how an eyelet behaves in fabric, leather and PVC.

Eyelet series we produce

Our eyelets collection lists every series with exact dimensions. In short:

  • Standard brass eyelets with washers – 7 to 48 mm, for woven fabrics, denim, knitwear, leather, faux leather and felt.
  • Flat eyelets – 6.1 to 48 mm, a low profile for garments, footwear and accessories.
  • Mesh (ventilation) eyelets – 8.3 to 18.75 mm, for sportswear, membranes, footwear and mattress fabrics.
  • Oval eyelets – 11 to 37 mm, for webbing, belts, bags and designer details.
  • Shaped eyelets – special forms produced on request.
  • Eyelets with logo – your logo or lettering on the eyelet face.
  • Tarpaulin grommets – 60 to 63 mm, for tarpaulins, awnings, PVC fabrics and heavy curtains.

How to choose the right eyelet

Three dimensions define an eyelet: the inner hole, the barrel height and the outer flange. The barrel must match the thickness of your material – too short and the eyelet will not close properly, too long and it will crumple. The inner hole depends on what passes through: a lace, a cord, a hook or a rope. For soft or thin materials we recommend a washer or an interlining; for leather, a slightly smaller hole than the eyelet barrel. Our team gladly advises on the best size and series for your product and can send samples for testing on your machines.

Applications

Hoodies and sweatshirts, trousers and skirts, jackets and coats, shoes and boots, belts, bags and backpacks, curtains, awnings, tarpaulins and outdoor equipment. Eyelets are often combined with cords, cord stoppers and cord ends, which we also produce – so the whole closure system matches in colour.

Finishes and colour matching

Brass eyelets and washers are made in the finish of your choice – classic nickel, antique brass, gold, copper, black nickel and more. All our metal products are nickel free – "nickel" and "black nickel" are only the names of colours. For a full collection look we match the eyelets to the buttons, rivets, buckles and zip pullers using our metal colour and finish card.

Eyelets with your logo

A logo on the eyelet is a subtle but strong branding detail, especially on sportswear, footwear and bags. We emboss your logo, lettering or a pattern around the flange and always start with a sample for your approval. See more branded trims on our custom branding page.

What is the difference between an eyelet and a grommet?
Both are metal rings that reinforce a hole. Small ones for clothing and footwear are usually called eyelets; large ones for tarpaulins and curtains are often called grommets.
Can I get eyelets with my logo?
Yes, we emboss your logo or lettering around the eyelet flange. We make a sample for your approval before production.

Yes. All our metal products are nickel free; nickel and black nickel are only colour finishes.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the series, size and finish. Send us a request and we will prepare a quote.
