Besides buckles, Polkom also produces finished belts. As a manufacturer with over 30 years of experience in garment accessories, we can deliver the whole belt – strap, buckle, keepers and metal details – ready for sale under your brand.

Materials

• Genuine leather – smooth, with an aged (vintage) effect, ombré or hand-dyed.
• Faux leather – an economical, light solution for volume production and fashion collections.
• Suede – a soft look for casual and smart casual wear.
• Textile – braided and woven straps with leather details for sportswear and casual wear.

Any width and length

We make belts for women and men in any width – from narrow decorative belts for dresses to wide belts for jeans and workwear – and in any length according to the size chart of your collection. The edge finish, stitching and edge colour are chosen to suit the design.

Custom buckle

The buckle is the face of the belt. We make metal buckles with your logo – embossed, engraved or enamelled – in gold, antique brass, antique silver, gunmetal, black and other finishes. All our metal finishes are nickel free. See the colour chart of metal finishes.

How the order works

1. You send the design, material, width, sizes and logo.
2. We make a sample of the belt and buckle.
3. After approval, production starts.
4. We deliver the finished belts, on request with a label and packaging carrying your brand.
