Custom Printed Ribbon with Logo

Satin, grosgrain and cotton ribbon printed with your logo – by screen printing, fine-detail printing or heat transfer, made by Polkom for packaging, hanger loops and medals.

Printed logo ribbon – your brand on every bow

Printed ribbon with a logo is the fastest way to put your brand on the packaging, the hanger loop or the product itself. A logo, name, slogan or repeating pattern is printed on satin, grosgrain or cotton ribbon, and the ribbon is used for bows on gift boxes, branded hanger loops, medal ribbons, labels and decorative details. As a manufacturer, Polkom makes custom printed logo ribbons – to your design, in your chosen ribbon and print colour.

Printed or woven logo?

Printing suits packaging, bows and promotional ribbons, where freedom of design and colour matters. When the logo has to withstand long wear and repeated washing – for example on handles, straps or belts – the better choice is jacquard ribbons, where the design is woven into the fabric itself. For branding the garments themselves, also see our printed labels.

Ribbon and print colours

The colour pairing determines how clearly the logo reads. Dark print on a light ribbon and light print on a dark ribbon give the best contrast, while gold or silver print on black, burgundy or navy satin creates a luxury feel. The ribbon colour is chosen from the standard colour card or dyed to Pantone, and the print colours are matched to your corporate standard.

Winding and delivery

Finished printed ribbons are wound on reels of a suitable length for the width – narrow ones on plastic spools and wider ones on cardboard reels, which can also carry your print on request. This makes the ribbon convenient both for hand packing in store and for use on a packing line. We deliver across the EU.

Sample and approval

Before the production order we prepare a digital visual and, if needed, a physical sample of the logo ribbon. This lets you check the logo size, contrast and colour before production starts. Minimum quantities depend on the ribbon type and the printing technique – send an enquiry.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which printing technique suits my logo?
For a logo in one to three solid colours, screen printing is most often used. For very fine lines and small text, fine-detail printing is suitable, and for multicolour logos, gradients and images, heat transfer. Send us your logo and we will recommend the most suitable technique.
Which ribbons can be printed?
We most often print on satin and grosgrain ribbon, but also on cotton ribbon, herringbone tape and organza. Satin gives a bright, high-contrast print, grosgrain a more discreet and elegant one, and cotton a natural eco look.
Does the print withstand washing?
Printed ribbons are intended mainly for packaging, hanger loops and decorative details. If the ribbon will be washed often as part of a garment, tell us when you enquire – we will suggest a suitable technique or a jacquard ribbon, where the logo is woven into the fabric.
Do you send a sample before the order?
Yes. We prepare a digital visual and, if needed, a physical sample of the logo ribbon so you can check the size, colour and contrast. Series production starts after your approval.
What is the minimum quantity for logo ribbon?
The minimum quantity depends on the ribbon type, the width and the printing technique. Send us your logo, the width, colours and approximate quantity and you will receive a specific quote.
