Furniture connectors – strength from within

Furniture connectors and fittings are rarely in the spotlight, but they decide whether a shelf will hold the books, whether a glass display cabinet will stand firm and whether a pipe structure will stay sturdy for years. Types of connecting fittings

Shelf supports

Shelf supports hold the shelf in cabinets, bookcases, wardrobes and display cabinets. They are available as shelf pins for holes in the side panels, as visible decorative brackets for wall shelves and as concealed supports that make the shelf appear to "float" on the wall. The choice depends on the thickness and material of the shelf and on the load.

Glass clamps

Glass clamps hold glass shelves, display cases, balustrades and tops. They have inserts that protect the glass from direct contact with the metal and from cracking. They are used in shops, bathrooms, kitchens and hotel interiors.

Pipe flanges

Flanges fix pipes to a wall, floor, ceiling or worktop – for wardrobe systems, shelving, balustrades, clothes rails and industrial-style furniture. They are available for various pipe diameters.

Metal shelf connectors

Connectors join shelves, pipes and profiles in modular structures – shelving units, bookshelves and shop display systems. With them, the same system can be extended and rearranged.

Materials and finishes

We make connecting fittings from zinc alloy, steel, stainless steel and aluminium – according to the load and the place of use. For bathrooms and damp rooms we recommend stainless steel. Finishes include chrome, satin (matt) chrome, black, anthracite, inox (stainless steel look), gold, matt gold, bronze, antique brass, antique copper and rose gold, as well as powder coating in any colour. One colour for the whole piece

Visible fittings – decorative brackets, flanges and clamps – look best when they are the same colour as the other metal details. That is why we can also make furniture handles, table legs and wall hooks in the same finish. This is especially convenient when fitting out shops, hotels and offices.

Custom connecting fittings

For specific constructions we make connecting fittings with specific dimensions, diameters and holes, to your drawing or sample. Before series production we prepare a sample so you can check the fit to the shelf, the pipe or the glass.
