Metal perfume caps are the detail a customer feels in the hand every time they use the fragrance. Shapes and sizes

There is no standard catalogue you have to fit into – the cap is designed around the bottle and the brand identity. We most often make:

• cylindrical caps – classic, with a flat or rounded top;
• square and rectangular caps – with sharp or rounded edges;
• slanted and asymmetric caps – with a cut top or a wavy profile;
• sculpted caps – with ribbing, spiral lines, facets or decorative rings;
• bespoke shapes – from your drawing, 3D model or sample.

The size is determined by the neck of the bottle and the proportions you want to achieve. Inside, the cap usually has an insert that ensures a tight, stable fit over the pump. Send us the bottle or its technical drawing and we will propose the exact solution.

Metal colours and finishes

Metal perfume caps are made in any metal colour: gold, light gold, matte gold, rose gold, silver, nickel, gunmetal, black, antique brass and antique silver. The surface can be glossy, matte, satin or brushed, and different finishes can be combined in one cap. All our metal accessories are nickel free – "nickel" is just the name of the colour. A cap with your logo

A logo turns the cap into part of the brand identity. We offer any type of logo:

• engraving on the top or side of the cap;
• embossed (raised) or debossed logo, cast together with the cap;
• a coloured monogram or emblem in enamel;
• printing or a combination of several techniques.

You can also add a metal perfume label to the bottle in the same colour as the cap for a consistent look.

Quality control

With metal caps, fit and an even finish matter most. Before the run we check the sample on your bottle: whether the cap sits tightly, whether it turns, and whether the colour matches the approved one. During series production we make sure the finish is identical on every piece and that the engraved or embossed logo is clear and legible.
