Prong snap buttons (with an open ring) are the lightest and softest fastening system – the prongs pass between the threads of the fabric without cutting it. Polkom manufactures these industrial prong snap buttons from brass, in top quality and in five colours: gold, light gold, nickel, black oxide and gunmetal – as snap buttons wholesale or as custom snap buttons. Production is European, the products are certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and delivery is fast.
The four parts of the snap
Each set consists of an open prong ring (the visible front part), a socket with spring, a stud and a prong back ring. When pressed with the press, the prongs curl into the opposite part and the snap stays firmly fixed, without a hole in the fabric. Sizes – table
The open ring is produced in two models: PR-10 (standard prongs) and PR-11 (long prongs for heavier and multi-layer fabrics). All sizes are available in all five colours.

Setting dies for every size
For every model and size we have precision setting dies, made exactly to the shape of the parts – the prongs open evenly, the ring is not scratched and the spring is not deformed. We offer dies for hand presses, lever presses and automatic machines. More in the article snap button setting dies.
Custom snap buttons with a logo
On the open ring, the logo goes on the stud – you see it when the garment is unfastened. For a more visible logo we offer models with a closed metal cap. See which snap buttons can carry a logo.
